Dedicated to capturing key arrival segments, such as VIP arrivals, red carpet walks, and processional entries. Photographers use a combination of fixed-position and mobile shooting to document the demeanor and attire of those arriving, as well as the overall atmosphere.
Deliverables include individual shots of each key person arriving and a continuous sequence of panoramic shots capturing the arrival process. Post-production includes adaptive adjustments to lighting conditions encountered at the venue. We obtain the entry sequence and schedule in advance to ensure nothing is missed.
This service covers image capture only; it does not include physical shuttle services or on-site guiding equipment. The final product is delivered digitally for immediate viewing.
